  • What's included in the ticket price?
    A Super Bloom Festival Ticket includes the opportunity to attend the sessions, workshops, panels, talks and entertainment programmed as part of the two-day event. Sessions are not ticketed individually, and no prior bookings are required. Some indoor sessions and experiences will be limited to venue capacities, so early arrival for a session is recommended. Most presenters deliver sessions on both days. There will be 1-on-1 consultations in the Healers Grove and some smaller workshops which you will need to put your name down for at the start of the day. Food and market stall items are not included in the ticket price.
  • How do I buy a ticket?
    Tickets are available for purchase online via Oztixhere.
  • How many tickets are available?
    Super Bloom Festival is a boutique event with 2,500 Festival two-day tickets available.
  • Are single day tickets available?
    Yes, a limited number of single day tickets are available for purchase. We recommend attending both days of the Festival to experience the full breadth of the Super Bloom Festival programme and experience.
  • How do I receive my ticket?
    Tickets will be emailed to you upon purchase. You can either print your tickets or display your ticketing barcode on your mobile phone for validation at the gate.
  • Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
    Tickets are non-transferable and identification may be requested upon admission.
  • Where’s my ticket/wristband?
    You will receive a wristband when showing a valid ticket upon entry. You must wear your wristband at all times during the event.
  • Can I take my wristband off at the event?
    No, you must keep your wristband on at all times. Attendees without a wristband may be asked to leave the Festival.
  • I have a two-day pass – can I take my wristband off on Saturday night?
    No – please keep your wristband on overnight as you will need your wristband for access on Day 2.
  • What if I lose or damage my wristband?
    A limited number of wristbands will be available to be (re)issued at the gate on Day 2.

  • Can I get a refund on my ticket?
    Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that the Festival is cancelled tickets will be refunded less the booking fee.
  • What time do gates open/close?
    Gates open 7.30am and close at 6pm each day.
  • Where can I get a programme/timetable and map?
    Find the Super Bloom Festival schedule here. A detailed timetable and map will be available for download closer to the event. Please check the website regularly for updates.
  • Can I bring children?
    Super Bloom Festival is specially designed as a place for adults to nourish, activate, restore, evolve, and to bloom. All programming is curated with adults in mind. Whilst we love kids, attendees at Super Bloom Festival must be 18 years or over. Proof of age is required for entry.
  • Are ATMs available on site at Super Bloom Festival?
    There is only 1 x ATM at Abbotsford Convent, so we recommend bringing along enough cash for the day. Some vendors and stall holders will offer EFTPOS.
  • Can I leave the event and then come back in?
    Yes, as long as you have a valid wristband on.
  • Can I bring my camera or drone?
    Professional cameras and drones are not permitted at Super Bloom Festival. For media inquiries and event access please contact Super Bloom Festival via email to: hello@superbloomfestival.com
  • What can’t I bring to Super Bloom Festival?
    There is a lot to see, do, eat and drink at Super Bloom Festival. Prohibited items include glass, alcohol and pets.
  • Is there music at Super Bloom Festival?
    Super Bloom Festival is an experiential event comprising workshops, panels, talks, active sessions, 1-on-1 consultations, stalls and recreational spaces. There is no dedicated stage for music. There will be some wonderful ambient live music and artistic performances throughout the venue for you to enjoy.
  • Do I need to bring my yoga mat?
    Yes we recommend it. If you are planning on partaking in yoga at Super Bloom Festival, you’ll need to bring your yoga mat.
  • What happens if there is inclement weather?
    Super Bloom Festival is an indoor and outdoor event. The Festival will proceed, regardless of weather. In the event of rain, some activities may be unavailable.
  • What should I wear to Super Bloom Festival?
    Whatever you like! There is no dress code. We want you to explore your own creative expression even dress up if you like. Active wear may be useful at times.
  • How do I apply as a market stall?

  • How can I volunteer?

  • How do I apply to be a food/drink vendor?
    For all vendor expressions of interest please send an overview of the proposed outlet/operation including images, catering set up, menu and intended price list to vendors@superbloomfestival.com
  • Does Super Bloom Festival cater for dietary requirements and can I bring my own food?
    Super Bloom Festival will feature a vast array of delicious foods for purchase, including choices for vegans, vegetarians, and coeliac. You are able to bring in food you require for specific dietary requirements (such as allergies), otherwise we encourage you to try some of the great food and beverages we have curated for you.
  • Is there water available onsite?
    Yes, water refill stations are available for you to use. We encourage you to bring your reusable drink bottle and there are also reusable drink bottles available for purchase at Super Bloom Festival.
  • What types of market stalls will there be?
    Super Bloom Festival has curated a market village with stalls focusing on handmade, artisan, ethical and sustainable wares and services.
  • Is it a licensed event?
    The festival is best experienced sober. Super Bloom Festival is not a licensed event. There are licensed premises within the grounds of the Convent.
  • How do I get to Super Bloom Festival via public transport, car or bike?"
    We recommend catching public transport, ride sharing or riding your bicycle to the event. Here is all the info on getting to Super Bloom Festival – whatever your mode of transport!
  • Is there parking at Super Bloom Festival?
    On-site parking is limited at Super Bloom Festival. All day paid parking is available in the car park directly across from the Convent on St Heliers Street. Funds from the car park go towards the restoration and daily operation of the Convent. Click here for parking information and rates. Leaving your vehicle overnight is not recommended.
  • Can I stay overnight?
    Please note that the event venue (Abbotsford Convent) does not have accommodation facilities. If you live far away from the Festival, you might consider an overnight stay in one of Melbourne’s nearby hotels or an Air B&B.
